PROJECT PLANNING AND EXECUTION

During the planning phase, we assessed the needs of the organization and identified the HubSpot features that would best serve our goals. We created a project plan that included timelines, milestones, and allocated resources.
Additionally, we mapped the user journey to define all touchpoints that could be automated using HubSpot.

PROCESS MAPPING AND INTEGRATION

 Collaborated with teams to map out and define processes using Lucid Charts, and integrated various company tools such as WATI & Botspace, JIRA, Slack, Trello, Google Sheets, and more with Hubspot.​

Automation and Communication Flows

Created automation to optimize productivity and established effective communication flows for customers and internal teams using Slack, jIRA, emails, forms, surveys, and feedback surveys.

Established Nomination Patterns

We have successfully established consistent nomination patterns, streamlining the process for selecting individuals to participate in different campaigns and activities. This pattern ensures fairness and equal opportunities while contributing to better-informed decision-making.

Creation of Playbooks

In addition to documentation, we've created comprehensive playbooks that outline step-by-step procedures for executing various activities within HubSpot. These playbooks are valuable resources for current and future team members, providing clear guidance on how to achieve our goals effectively.

The knowledge base includes articles, video tutorials, and frequently asked questions (FAQs) and is accessible through our support website.
